I am not sure why but after organizing all my jewelleries, I really felt like dressing up for some reason. It was a Sunday, perfect time to style up to church.
I honestly don't know how to take a good full picture of myself! How do other people do it? Some they constantly have good full length photo everytime, do they take it themselves with a tripod or someone else helped?
Anyways, I'm wearing:
Slightly cropped Black Jacket with gold button details - Got it online for Rm 18
Black tank top - Bought it years ago from Sub Zero for less than Rm 20
Washed-out boot cut Jeans - Pre-loved from a friend.
Long dangling earrings - GM Klang for Rm 2
Long Necklace - Sister bought it from GM Klang
Belt - Bonita 3 for Rm10 (I think)
Oh, and no make-up. I know, I was just lazy.
Even today, out with no make-up. I was trying out some new photography app. That's me below!
Also, I got the opportunity to try 4G by YES for free :D! Thanks to Taylors! Woots! But I got to give it back after the trail period. :( SAD.
It was extremely fast while I was streaming my beauty youtube videos during the briefing. I'm not joking, it was super-super fast, faster than superman! They also have this YesLife software/system/device (I'm not sure what to call it) where it is like MSN but better, you could make calls and sms to other people's mobile through your laptop. Haha. Fun! I sound so ULU and Kampung but it's new to me and I am such a technology noob. Only sad part, is you still got to pay for the calls and sms, I was hoping that it could be like Skype and MSN that could make free calls but to their mobile number. I know we can now sms free with Whatsapp, free calls through Viber and free video calls through Skype but not everyone has the account, application or an iphone.
I freaking need a new drawer for my cosmetics, my old small drawer don't seem enough anymore!

I have honestly always seen this around in the supermarkets while I was shopping for other stuffs and I have seen my sister bought it to keep her hydrated while she was in China due to the cold and dry weather there. I've seen it everywhere and I had picked it up a few times browsing and contemplating whether to try it or not. I always ended up not getting it even though the price is fairly reasonable.
I am still surprise at myself for not getting it sooner to try because I have always been a Vitamin E products fan. I've started using them as my night routine replacing moisturiser. I was really excited when I got the chance to review it!
When I first apply after washing my face, it felt really tight and I can't really massage like some other cream do. I freaked out because I have no idea what is going on. It somewhat felt like it is hard to apply on. After a while, my skin still feels tight, not sticky and matte feeling.
Then it struck me! Hey, it's true, the natural strength from deep within.
The reason why I couldn't massage the cream on my face like other cream does because it has the fast-absorbent power. Other creams that doesn't absorb well will linger on the surface of my face which makes them less effective because they do not penetrate into the skin and work their power. This can be the cause of clogged pores and break-outs.
It's claims of non-sticky and non-greasy is valid and I believe this will favour more of the oily skin type community because many times vitamin E facial products always either comes in oil or creamy form that usually leaves sticky feeling. Thus, defeats the purpose of trying to get their skin feeling less greasy. Note that I have dry skin, maybe that is why it felt tight at first. Though, it still works for me as it is non-comedogenic which is great for sensitive skin like mine.
The cream has a thick consistency but still gentle to the skin. I got used to applying this cream, it only felt tough on the first try. Overall, I'm not crazy about this cream but I do like it because it worked for me and I believe that it may work as well for others. However, I do have a few dislikes which can be improve by the manufacturer or the company. It will be great if it comes with a spatula for hygiene purposes. Dipping fingers into a pot can be a turn-off for people not to try it, maybe that was why I never got them in the first place. Secondly, I am not sure if it has SPF because it is not stated on the product besides protects skin from sun and wind which I'm still not completely sure what that means. haha. So at the mean time, I just slap on some sunscreen. If ever they come up anything with SFP, I hope it would be at least SPF30 or 50 because Malaysia is getting sunnier day by day. I just checked my skin again recently and it has improved since my last visit. Few things that I still need keep up are skin hydration elasticity (I need collagen) mild uneven skin tone under eye circles, bags and lines (sign of aging =_=) I am going to continue using it and hope that it can help enhance my skin further with radiance glow and aura. :D
What happens when you try to MIX the style of The Double Ds and I Tee Too together?
YOU GET ME IN THIS!
The Wrangler that I am wearing is the
Women's Low Waist Jeggings in Navy.
I like the idea of jeans and leggings (jeggings) because they are fitting and comfortable but at the same time not like some leggings, you may worry about your panty-lines popping out at the butt area. Thus requiring you to wear a thong which can be tough sometimes especially when is the time of the month.
The problem with most jeggings is that it doesn't have the top zip and button area, they are usually just a waist band at the top which sometimes doesn't helps fit as perfectly or worst, free size. Is either you fit into it or not!
With Wrangler's jeggings is different because there are sizes to pick the perfect fit just like a jeans. The service was really fantastic as well. The story goes this way:
Me: Hi, I'm here for the Wrangler and Tongue in Chic contest. I would like to try some jeans. Staff: Okay, so what type of jeans you want? Me: Any will do with a T-shirt as well. Staff: Size? Me: errrrrrr, I'm not so sure... a..bout... 26 or 27....
So she went and grab some outfit for me to try. I wore the shirt and 26 size jeans, came out...
Me: I think it fits and is comfortable. Staff: No la, is big. *pulls my the waist part of the jeans* See.. You need a size smaller. Me: Oh really r? erm.. nevermind la, I'm gonna take picture only ma. (cause I don't want them to do so much work later folding and stuff) Staff: No... Cannot.... Must look fitting and nice.
I was in awe.... They are just so nice!!!!!!!!!
Style 1: I Tee Too ~ is basically just Tees and Jeans.
Style 2: The Double Ds ~ is Denim over Denim
My Mash-up: The Tee to Double Ds~ I was wearing Wranglers s/s tee Paradise Pink top up with a washed out Denim jacket and Denim heels. As long a you are not wearing the lightest colour at the bottom, you can mixed the same colour or type of materials together as an outfit.
Next style with the same pair of jeggings
Took off the jacket
Switch to my blood-red ballerina flats
Cuff up my jeans for a take on the same pair of jeans
And I gotanother style
It's all about playing with bright colours for an effortlessly put together fun and cheerful look. She cuff her jeans up so that she don't need to spend extra to get another pair of cropped jeans but make sure that the jeans is close-fitted and flatters your silhouette to avoid being over-whelmed with layers. -SMART-
Okay, so I've stolen Hui Wen of Revel in me style. :P Because I am embarking on a style journey with Wrangler and Tongue in Chic!
I want to be able to have the New Ipad 2 to be able to browse more fashion looks through the web as well as through Style Snaps apps! and of course, to be able to blog about it too! :D

Nuffnang invited me to walk the runway on the first ever Fashion Show with Blogger Model and Professional Model. It was like another dream come true.
After Mirror's Finale in Dec 2010, I never thought that I could ever get another opportunity to do catwalk anymore due to my height. Hallelujah! Thank God for Wrangler's Media Preview decided to use bloggers as models for their new collection! I was more than excited!
The added bonus to this event is that I get to meet other active, celebrity bloggers. They are really nice people, we sit, talk and share their experiences in the blogger world.
I'm not gonna lie, I was excited for my turn to walk on the runway but at the same time, the wait for my turn to be next up was surprisingly terrifying. I was anxious! In a good way. :)
Thanks nuffnang and wrangler for the opportunity! I had fun!
The Wrangler Guide SS11 Denim continues to reign supreme this summer. This season we took a journey from east to west, travelling through the heart-land of America. Hypnotic rock n' roll looks from New York transformed into the easy denim styling of Texas. The long open road to Nevada saw dressed down combinations of de-stressed denim and the classic plaid shirt. From there it was to LA where washes were sun bleached and perfectly wearable. The trip- True Freedom Personified.
Blogger Suresh, we were too free while waiting for other blogger to be done with their hair and makeup. We went crazy with our cameras (especially his!)
Blogger Nicholas and Ming. Woots they are true famous bloggers :)
Ming, Yuen Yee from nuffnang and Cindy another famous blogger!

I'm so happy to see my work!
People may object you from chasing your passion, dreams and the things that you love to do. Take me for one. They were never proud of me anyway because I'm the only one among four studying communication. The stab still hurts even after a few years when I re-call over-hearing someone on the phone with her friend saying: 'Take my daughter for instance, she is doing communication, HOW FAR CAN SHE GO?' In silence I went back to my room. Even until now, after 3 years studying this course and doing things that I love and good at, portraying my abilities to show that I'm not far off from the rest, I don't even know if are they happy for me because I'm in a place where I belong or still hoping for me to be a pharmacist, engineer, actuarial science student or a teacher that can put a smile on their face. My yearning for success derived from disappointment towards my inability to make them proud. I wished he could have at least hear me out, explaining why only 4 of us going for the trip. Why wouldn't he ask 'what happened to the rest and my boyfriend who is not tagging along?'. I really needed a getaway to smell the ocean and hear them hitting against the shore after all the assignment craze, all within my sister's wedding dinner week. I've agreed to not go on night one, I got over it. The second night of yelling engraved a deep scar. Is not the words or lesson that you are trying to teach that I will remember, is for not even asking why the scenario is this way and for killing my passion for the entertainment industry. Yes, I know now, is all about your face and I will make sure that your pride is being protected because my passion means nothing to you. I can't just be another ordinary student graduate with a degree with no story to be told in my resume and no connections. I can't be successful with that. I'm too tired, that's all I have to say.
Still, I'm thankful for a smile on my face after looking at my work and recent shoot pictures outcome. It's all worth it.
